At MABB Biomaterials, we work to deliver high-quality educational and professional experiences aligned with our mission of advancing metal-free implantology. We also provide educational experiences designed to support and enhance this mission. The following refund policies apply to all courses, workshops, trainings, and educational events organized by MABB.

1. Refunds Requested by the Participant

Participants may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days after registration, provided that the course, event, or training has not yet begun.

If the course has already started and the participant has accessed digital content, no refund applies, as the educational or scientific service has been partially or fully delivered.

2. Access to Digital Content and Academic Material

Our programs include audiovisual material, simultaneous translation, guided practice, and academic modules. Due to the digital nature and professional value of the content:

• Access to any online module is considered partial delivery of the service.

• Once accessed, no refunds will be issued, even if the participant decides not to continue.

3. Cancellations or Rescheduling by MABB

If MABB cancels a course, event, or workshop, participants may choose:

• A 100% refund, or

• Rescheduling to a new date.

This applies to both in-person and virtual activities.

4. Transfer of Registration

Up to 72 hours before the event, participants may request to transfer their spot to another person at no additional cost. The change is subject to administrative confirmation by MABB.

5. Absences and Late Arrivals

• Absence on the day of the event does not qualify for a refund.

• For activities requiring hands-on practice, arriving late and missing essential components also does not qualify for a refund.

6. Technical Issues in Virtual Events

If the participant experiences technical issues not caused by MABB (connectivity problems, defective devices, local restrictions, etc.), no refund applies.

If the interruption is MABB’s responsibility, we will offer:

• A rescheduled session, or

• Extended access to the content, or

• A full refund, depending on the case.

7. Refund Request Procedure

All requests must be submitted in writing to: comm@mabbiomaterial.com.

Requests must include:

• Full name

• Course/event name

• Proof of payment

• Reason for the request

Evaluation and response may take up to 5 business days.

MABB develops, manufactures, and validates metal-free (zirconia) dental implants. We also provide professional training for dentists and implantologists, with in-person and virtual programs designed for clinicians transitioning to metal-free implantology.
